Our story
A little story behind the things we make
Cozyloops started at a kitchen table with one ball of cotton yarn and a hook that was slightly too small. What began as a way to slow down at the end of long days turned into a small shop for people who feel the same way about making things by hand.
We pick every colour ourselves, wind our own skeins, and write our patterns the way we wish someone had written them for us — plainly, warmly, and with room to make mistakes. Nothing here is mass-made, and nothing here is in a hurry.

We ship across India, and internationally to most countries. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pin code. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also see every order and its status under My account → Orders.
Unused physical items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to us first and we will send return instructions. Cut yarn, opened kits and sale items cannot be returned.
Because a pattern is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital purchases are not refundable. If a file will not open or a step is unclear, contact us — we will fix it or send a replacement file.
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email straight after payment. It also lives permanently under My account → Downloads.
Every yarn listing shows its weight, fibre, metreage and recommended hook size. If you are following one of our patterns, the pattern page lists the exact yarn used and a suggested substitute. Still unsure? Message us with your project and we will suggest something.
If your parcel has not shipped yet, we can usually change the address or swap a colour. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will do our best.
Cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway, plus PayPal for international orders. We never see or store your card details.
